The Cordera Community Center

The Cordera Community Center is approximately 8,200 square feet and includes a fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment, a heated outdoor pool with zero depth entry, a beautiful deck and more. The multipurpose rooms provide an area for exercise classes and community events. In addition, homeowners can reserve the space for personal events or meetings. The Homeowner’s Association dues at $105.00 per month provide access to the Community Center, which means no additional membership fees! In addition, the Homeowner's Association dues go towards the maintenance and utility costs for the common property, snow removal within the common area, weekly homeowner trash service, insurance on the common area, funding for the future replacement of the Association's capital assets, as well as the management of the Association and operation and maintenance of the Cordera Community Center.

The Grand Lawn and Community Center give Cordera residents a place to gather for events, swim, exercise, play, or just hang out. It's also home to the Cordera Landscape Demonstration Gardens, which provide homeowners and potential new buyers a first hand look at various plants and flowers that could be used in their own landscaping. Plus, the views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains are spectacular!
