Colorado Springs recognized as a city on the rise by Forbes Magazine

Forbes Magazine ranks Colorado Springs as the highest rated city for new arrivals in 2008. The military, high-tech industries, health care jobs, and education are attracting people to the Pikes Peak Region. The report states that Americans are moving to college towns and job-growth centers, rather than big cities.
