Cordera Named Best New Planned Community

We are proud to announce that Cordera was named the "Best New Planned Community" by the Gazette's 2008 Best Of publication. Recognized for being the first built green community in Colorado Springs, Cordera has truly raised the standard for energy-efficient living. Also being acknowledged was the homes' ENERGY STAR® standards and Cordera's story-book themed parks.
